Victor is currently the founder/CEO of Capital.com, a global online investment platform with offices in 15 countries which is the third biggest retail trading broker in Europe with 7 million accounts. He is also a lecturer at Leeds University in the UK.

    Kristo Käärmann is the Co-founder and CEO of Wise, a FTSE-listed global tech company building the best way to move money around the world. He was previously the co-founder of Luna Labs, a B2B SaaS solution acquired by IronSource in 2021 and held prior roles at Activision Blizzard King, Facebook, Skype, Peak Games and McKinsey.
